# How to Make:
01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Mix shredded chicken, taco seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, black beans, corn, red bell pepper, green onions, salsa, and sour cream in a large bowl until evenly combined.
03 - Place two flour tortillas flat on the bottom of the prepared baking dish, overlapping to cover the entire surface.
04 - Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortillas, then sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese.
05 - Layer the remaining two tortillas on top, spread the remaining chicken mixture evenly, and top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheese.
06 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
07 - Remove foil and continue baking for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
08 - Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with additional green onions or chopped cilantro if desired.
