03 - Whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, maple syrup, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl until smooth.
04 - Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in optional nuts or chocolate chips/raisins if desired.
