Instructions

- Line an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- Step 2:
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir frequently until melted and smooth.

- Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- Step 4:
- Quickly fold in the mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
