# How to Make:

01 - Combine whole milk and heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat. Heat until steaming, avoiding boiling.
02 - Whisk in chopped bittersweet chocolate, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt. Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth and chocolate is fully melted.
03 - Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Keep the mixture warm until serving.
04 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt unsalted butter. Add mini marshmallows and microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring after each, until fully melted.
