01 - 14 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped or in chips
02 - 3.5 oz white chocolate, chopped or in chips
→ Cocoa & Marshmallows
03 - 1/2 cup hot cocoa mix (approximately 4 single-serve packets)
04 - 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
→ Toppings (optional)
05 - 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
06 - 2 tablespoons festive sprinkles
# How to Make:
01 - Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in 20-second intervals in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
03 - Pour melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick.
04 - Evenly sprinkle hot cocoa mix over the warm chocolate layer.
05 - Scatter mini marshmallows evenly over the cocoa layer, gently pressing them into the chocolate.
06 - Melt white chocolate using the same method and drizzle in zigzag patterns over the bark.
07 - If desired, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies and festive sprinkles over the top.
08 - Allow the bark to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm.
09 - Break or cut the bark into individual pieces and package for gifting or store in an airtight container.
