# How to Make:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each into a 5-inch rope and loosely knot both ends to resemble dinosaur bones.
03 - Place the shaped breadsticks on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, then sprinkle with sea salt and oregano.
04 - Bake the breadsticks for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Allow them to cool slightly.
05 - Arrange the carrot sticks, cucumber spears, bell pepper strips, broccoli florets, and cherry tomatoes evenly on a large serving platter.
06 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, chopped chives, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
