# How to Make:

01 - Wash and slice cucumbers lengthwise into thin, even slices approximately 1/8 inch (4 mm) thick.
02 - Use a star-shaped cookie cutter (1.2–1.6 inch diameter) to cut stars from the cucumber slices. Place on paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
03 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and uniform.
04 - Transfer the cheese mixture into a piping bag fitted with a small star tip or a plastic bag with a snipped corner for piping.
05 - Arrange cucumber stars on a serving platter. Pipe a small dollop of the cheese mixture onto each star.
06 - Decorate each star with a tiny piece of red bell pepper and a sprig of dill for festive presentation.
07 - Serve immediately or chill up to 1 hour prior to serving for best freshness.
