# How to Make:
01 - Set oven to 400°F and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
03 - Spread tomatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until tomatoes are soft, caramelized, and lightly blistered. Allow to cool slightly.
04 - While tomatoes roast, place feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is extremely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
05 - Transfer whipped feta to a shallow serving bowl. Smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
06 - Spoon roasted cherry tomatoes and their juices over the whipped feta. Garnish with torn basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
07 - Serve immediately accompanied by warm pita bread or gluten-free crackers.
