05 - Press 1 tablespoon butter, 1 thyme sprig, and 1 garlic clove into each onion’s cut top.
06 - Wrap each onion tightly in foil and arrange on a baking sheet.
07 - Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes until onions are soft when pierced with a knife.
08 - Carefully unwrap, remove skins, transfer to plates, spoon over melted butter, and garnish with parsley if desired.
