# How to Make:
01 - Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Pour wet ingredients into dry and whisk lightly until just combined; a few lumps are acceptable.
04 - Transfer batter to a squeeze bottle, piping bag, or zip-top bag with a small corner cut off.
05 - Warm a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
06 - Pipe small dots of batter roughly the size of a nickel onto the skillet, spacing them slightly apart.
07 - Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbles form and edges look set. Flip and cook 30 to 60 seconds more until golden.
08 - Transfer cooked pancake bites to a plate and repeat until all batter is used.
