04 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
07 - ⅓ cup water
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

09 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
11 - ⅓ cup sliced pickled jalapeños
12 - ½ cup chopped fresh tomatoes (optional)
13 - ¼ cup sliced black olives (optional)
14 - ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)

→ Sour Cream Drizzle

15 - ½ cup sour cream
16 - 1 tablespoon milk or water
17 - 1 teaspoon lime juice

# How to Make:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone and brush lightly with olive oil.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet; sauté until softened, about 2 minutes.
04 - Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.
05 - Spread the seasoned beef evenly over the prepared crust. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, then top with jalapeño slices and optional vegetables as desired.
06 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and crust turns golden.
07 - While baking, whisk together sour cream, milk or water, and lime juice until smooth. Transfer to a squeeze bottle or small plastic bag with the corner snipped.
08 - Remove pizza from oven and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle with the sour cream mixture, slice, and serve warm.

  • Ready in 35 minutes, which means you can satisfy serious cravings on a weeknight without stress.
  • Everyone customizes their own slice with toppings, so picky eaters and adventurous ones are equally happy.
02 -
  • Don't skip draining the beef after browning if there's excess fat sitting in the pan; it prevents your toppings from getting greasy.
  • The sour cream drizzle should go on right after the pizza comes out of the oven while it's still warm, not after it cools completely.
  • If your crust is very thin, watch the baking time carefully so it doesn't overcook on the bottom.
03 -
  • If you don't have a squeeze bottle, transfer your sour cream mixture to a zip-top bag, snip a tiny corner, and you've got a piping tool that costs nothing.
  • Let your pizza rest for a few minutes after it comes out of the oven so the cheese sets slightly and your slices don't slide around.
