02 - 1 sheet thawed puff pastry

03 - 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce (whole berry or jam)

05 - 1 beaten egg (for egg wash)
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (optional)

# How to Make:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut out a large triangle to cover the Brie wheel, reserving scraps.
03 - Place Brie in center of pastry, spread cranberry sauce on top, and sprinkle with toasted pecans.
04 - Fold pastry over Brie to shape a pine tree, using scraps to cut small triangles or strips for branches to decorate.
05 - Transfer wrapped Brie to baking sheet and brush entire surface with beaten egg wash.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped rosemary if desired and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until pastry is golden and crisp.
07 - Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then optionally drizzle with honey before serving.
08 - Serve warm accompanied by crackers, apple slices, or fresh bread.
