# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • These sliders are impossibly tender, and the tangy crunch of slaw adds the perfect contrast to the smoky brisket.
  • Everyone gets their own little sandwich, so nobody fights over portions—plus, they're surprisingly easy to prep ahead.
02 -
  • Don't rush roasting: Brisket turns tough if you try to speed things up—trust the slow cook for melt-in-your-mouth results.
  • If you shred brisket while it's hot, it absorbs sauce better for juicier sliders.
03 -
  • Resting the brisket before slicing locks in juices and keeps every bite tender.
  • A dash of liquid smoke or smoked BBQ sauce amps up flavor without a grill.
